Account & Data Deletion

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

Where an app has accounts, open the app → Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm.

Delete by email (no app needed)

Send an email to support@mandaglobalvn.com with the subject "Delete my account", including the app name and the email address of your account. We will confirm your request and complete it within 30 days. You do not need to reinstall the app.

What is deleted

Your account, profile and the content you created in the app, and associated identifiers stored on our servers.

What may be kept

Records we must keep by law (for example, transaction records needed for tax or accounting), kept for the period the law requires and then deleted. Purchase records held by Apple or Google are managed by them.

Delete data without deleting your account

Email us with the subject "Delete my data" and tell us which data you want removed. Write to support@mandaglobalvn.com

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
